 Effective September 1, 2008 Private Parties: Includes Wedding Receptions, Birthday Parties, Anniversary Parties, Graduation Parties, Christmas Parties, and any other parties that are by invitation only or considered private.
Public Events: Includes Bars/Nightclubs, Church & Fire Company Picnics, Block Parties, School Dances, Fundraising Dances, and any other event that’s open to the public that anyone can attend
* Overtime rate is $75 per HALF-HOUR. Please note that the above prices are only for time reserved before the contracted date. If you wait until the day of the show to book more time, the overtime rate applies. A small light display may be included with your show at no additional cost, provided the conditions of the location merit, (not outdoors in daylight, space for the lights, etc.) All times represent playing time reserved. You do not pay for travel time unless the event’s location is more than one hour from Lake Wynonah. In that case a $50 travel surcharge may apply. Beginning playing time is described as the first time my DJ equipment is needed to perform a task. That could be in the form of playing background entrance music for your guests or any announcements made using my microphone and speakers. Since reliability is my #1 attribute, the music will end exactly at the ending contracted time unless you, me, & the management of the location of the event agree to the terms for me to play longer. Any overtime must be paid prior to the beginning of the overtime period. Once your date is booked and a contract is signed, you are not subject to any future price increases. Your rate remains what is stated on the contract. |
